The seven types of Ayurvedic incense are based around the 7 chakra
or energy points in the body. The first five chakras are also associated
with one of the elements.
Peace (Crown Chakra) Blend for Meditation and
Yoga.
Used for meditation and yoga, particularly useful in relieving stress,
insomnia, irritability, fear and aggression. AY1
Spirit (Third Eye Chakra) Blend for Concentration
and Inner Balance.
This blend aids concentration both when meditating and working.
Made up of plant extracts which are believed to energise the Ajna
(third eye) chakra. AY2
Purity (Throat Chakra) Purifying Blend. ETHER
element.
Used to reinforce willpower and determination. The ingredients include
plants used in Ayurvedic medicine for alleviating respiratory problems.

Insight (Heart Chakra) Soothing Blend. AIR element.
This incense reinforces the qualities of the Anahata or ‘spiritual
heart’ Chakra. A natural purifier, this incense creates an
atmosphere of lightness and freshness and includes medicinal plants
traditionally used to treat skin disorders. AY4
Energy (Navel Chakra) Warming and Dynamic Blend.
FIRE element.
An invigorating blend of plant extracts producing an atmosphere
of warmth and dryness. Stimulates the qualities associated with
the navel chakra (dynamism,energy). AY5
Harmony (Spleen Chakra) Harmonising Blend. WATER
element.
A blend of plants which are used medicinally to stimulate the pancreas
and bring about harmony and balance in the functioning of the organs.
